  • If the sponge is lit, you must acquit 🧠🧽 🔥

    • The sponge was never in the leg or hip it was on the floor the whole time.

    • Ya’ll should do the grey’s episode where Meredith’s medical license is taken before a jury.

    • So is said more

    • the sponge was found on operating room floor btw!

    • You have a vascular throat 😋😋

  • Jesus loves you

  • In the future, if you wanted to collab again, I have an show/episode suggestion for you. ER season 1 episode 20 “Love’s Labor Lost”. Dr. Greene takes on a high risk pregnancy/delivery where OB was nowhere to be found and the mother dies as a result. Based on subsequent episodes, it looks like Dr. Greene is the only one facing a malpractice suit, but I don’t think he is the only one responsible. Would love to hear your insight on this.

  • Obviously Grey's is as scientific as Star Trek.

  • thing said in this video!

  • When he gasped sooooo hard at the "The prosecution rests" lmao Was no one paying attention when this was being filmed? Lol

  • I laughed out loud when the lawyer objected to the lawyer in the show before the clip was finished 🤣

    • @hoiy vinosa your comment ended up as a response to mine and not to Mike

    • Dr Mike I actually have a little suggestion for you to help you grow :) Instead of saying “commit suicide” instead use the term “die by suicide” because the word “commit” is

  • The greatest crossover in history

  • Two of the best smart guys I know in one room on one couch.. Finishing each other sentences, love it. 😁

  • "not guilty" Good to know. Did she win or not tho?

  • Love the collaboration. I have to say, all I keep thinking is that a athlete who is looking to qualify for the Olympics would very likely go that extra step to find a surgeon who *is* familiar with this operation and not a woman who specifically said she has never done this before.

  • This is like "lose your medical license" level of malpractice

  • Trial of Kyoshi, please!

  • First medical negligence was by Burke and Grey in first season

  • Devin, it's people like you and Attorney Tom that have inspired me to study law when I graduate college.

  • What should thr lawyer have mouthed, if "not guilty" wasn't correct?

  • Necesito subtítulos Español, por favor.

  • This was fun.

  • do the UNDOING!

  • So is she guilty for not bringing the letter forward because it would have allowed the plaintiff to then sue the company for damages? I mean he lost his legs based on their faulty product and that seems to be a huge moral issue with her just tossing it away. That seems worthy of a discussion all on its own.

  • Am I the only one who was focused on how similar their hairlines are-

  • This is the collaboration and reaction I’ve been waiting for.

  • Dr Mike I actually have a little suggestion for you to help you grow :) Instead of saying “commit suicide” instead use the term “die by suicide” because the word “commit” is derogatory and can imply that suicide is a crime even though in most cases mental illness is the leading cause (which as you know is a medical condition). I just finished my nursing studies and want to work in mental health.

  • I always thought Callie was negligent because she opened that letter way too late and then just told nobody about and threw it away and that was the real problem 🤔

  • *SPOILER* You guys should also review when Meredith grey uses her daughter’s insurance for another patient and the lawsuit around that (season 16)

  • I kinda wish the title mentioned it was a part 2.

    • accurate all the court room scenes are. I love all your reactions, you have such a fun and amazing channel!

  • You(LegalEagle) should do a react video to the CBS series All Rise.

  • I like the visual of a doctor ordering a hip off ebay before surgery. "Patient didn't die, 5 stars" (17:00)

  • Love seeing the two of you two collaborate. You should do the same thing with House Season 2, Episode 8, "The Mistake."

  • holy shit balls

  • Omg I love this collaboration

  • Could you do an episode where movies have snippets of Legal situations but aren't full legal movies, (eg Lilo and stitch scene where Lilo had signed an adoption certificate to keep Lilo). It would probably only cover a minute or less of video time, but there'd be a bunch of movies that have these small scenes.

  • " I don't think he's a good lawyer" hahahhahahahfhjfhdfa

  • "hey the hip was recalled lol"

  • there like brothers

  • 11:32 the snowboarder has legs in this shot.

  • This was way more exciting than I ever anticipated! Best collaboration!

  • Great reaction guys💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽but try other medical dramas to react to with legal eagle, others must have law episodes not judy greys i mean i love ur reactions but they greys one are getting boring

  • It was ordered and placed before the recall

  • I might be wrong, but if I remember correctly the sponge was brought up to prove a pattern of Callie being an unprofessional surgeon, not because it was related to the amputation.

  • Will you please react to Season 3 Episode 19 of criminal minds “Tabula Rossa”? It asks a really interesting question about memory and crime, and I’m really curious as to how accurate all the court room scenes are. I love all your reactions, you have such a fun and amazing channel!

  • I have never seen a single episode of Grey's Anatomy, but damn if this wasn't interesting.

  • This collab needs to happen more often.

  • Dr Mike's neck veins are scaring me

  • This was so much fun! i loved it

  • Can u react to primal fear? Watched it recently and I have no clue what happened there 😅

  • i was actually told in med school to never admit guilt, because it can be used against you in a lawsuit.

  • There was a sponge but it's like they got it in another procedure OFF SCREEN, I need to talk to Mike about the episode as someone who's seen it 10 times xD

  • It was SpongeBob who did it

  • Like watching a great crossover

  • Um... lawyers first advice is never admit fault, which is why doctors never apologize. As a survivor of a botched surgery due to doctors who were working the worker's comp system by one botching, the other "fixing." I ran into 6 other patients, same issue - Ruptured L4-5 disc, requiring a discectomy, and then a microdiscectomy, same doctors, same outcomes. Sadly, after the statute of limitations was up.

  • The amount of times he said objection is insanely funny😭

  • Spoilers for Suits just incase: - - - It would be amazing to see you react to Mike Ross's fraud case (where he is arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud). The trail itself is 3 episodes long (s5 e14 - s5 e16) with the backstory/prep for the trail beginning in s5 e11 when he is first arrested. A lot of it can be cut down to just focus on the trail inside the courtroom itself. But it would be super cool to see. (Also understand if not as it's a big commitment and effort. Love your vids!)

  • have you reacted to The Fall yet? it's one of my favourite shows and I wonder how realistic the legal aspect is?

  • You should review Brooklyn Nine Nine Season 4 Episode 22 called crime and punishment

  • Where was the sponge?!

  • Re: Mike's comment; All of my observed spinal surgeries had a vascular surgeon available (if anterior lumbar-- he'd be the approach surgeon--I'm sure Mike knows why)... but no; I've never met a surgeon that does both (thus anecdotally verifying Mike's comment)

  • The cutest thing about this video is the fact that a doctor and a lawyer the smartest ppl I can think of are so cute a surprised and willing to appreciate each other and how smart the other person is

  • Can you react to “The Whole Truth” with Keanu Reeves?

  • When the doctor says "I couldn't follow it medically" you can only imagine what baboons wrote that script.

  • The dream is within this two person!😍❤

  • i really loved this. Two of my very favorite USdosrs giving a reality check on on a show with issues in both areas, law & medicine. I hope you both will try this again, there are a lot of shows out there that look at medico/legal ethics and incidents that even I as a layman know are way off base.

  • omg it's happening

  • One of the most enjoyable and enlightening review videos. You got a subscriber from it. :)

  • No one: The people in a court case with each other, minutes before the verdict is read: We've decided to settle now actually The jury: Are you serious why were we even here

  • Videos like these really kills any desire to watch tv anymore. This two guys act like Homer beign an ass hole telling loud the OMG moment of The Empire Strikes Back while walking on the ticket booth line: if you don't enjoy the show at least let everyone else do it...

    • This was great! Please create something again.

  • Okay but who noticed Vine still being used in the phone animation at like 4:24 it feels so weird lmao Instagram old logo too omylord

  • Could you check out, maybe, HBO's THE OUTSIDER for legal realism? It's a supernatural horror movie, but it has some interesting points and legal procedure, police evidence points that seem pretty realistic.

  • You should react to legal episodes of Brooklyn 99

  • I love this concept, and would be highly interested if LE did reoccurring breakdowns of movies/shows with an expert in the field that is the subject of the show/movie.

  • Two absolute chads react to Grey's Anatomy.

  • So much yes about the doctors not saying sorry... a dentist filed one of my teeth wayyy too short, without my consultation about what he was doing and he would never admit that he might have been wrong somehow... after that, dentists I went to mostly defended him very strongly until I finally found someone who told me right away “wow that is short” 😣

  • Why do all white guys look the same

  • Maybe was the real sponge was tje amputations were performed along the way

  • I havent watch the show yet but it sounded to me that its full ò shit

  • You should do the first episode of the new series Rebel

  • I love you guys together 😂♥️♥️♥️

  • 19:15 I knew he looked familiar, Jesse Williams' face was used for Markus in Detroit Become Human.

  • "they' could've pre-ordered the hip" Even in medicine pre-ordering is dangerous practice. yeesh.

  • "I dont think he's a good lawyer" made me laugh so hard

  • Its like looking at a father and son bonding.

  • This was great! Please create something again.

  • The sponge is the friends we made along the way

  • 19:15 Fun Fact: That's Jesse Williams The guy who played Markus in Detroit: Become Human.

  • I’m just a hole after watching this

  • 😍

  • 😮Crossover!

  • 16:35 They didn't know it was the sponge the clinical data came after the surgery.

  • finally... it happened!

  • 8:10 I think part of this is being taught (at least against police) is saying sorry can be considered admitting yourself at fault.

  • I'd love to see a watch-along of the league. There are two characters that are lawyers Kevin and Ruxin and they are all over the place might be a fun one and I'd love to know if they have a leg to stand on!

  • What is this, a crossover episode? ;) Cause its the perfect mashup

  • Great Video! Could you do a react to an episode of Bull? It's a fictional show that follows a legal firm that uses trial science

  • This is so interesting!!

  • Make. This. A. Series.

  • As a phlebotomist.... I can’t stop admiring the vein in Dr. Mike’s neck. It’s perfect

  • I agree that a team up with Cinema Therapy would be awesome! A doctor, lawyer, therapist, and a film maker all together, ya...that would be great!

  • The collab of the century

  • The sponge went out down the sea and builded a pineaple house. END?

  • amputee and world-class Paralympic medalist in snowboarding.
